Contest Terms & Conditions

This is an English translation of the Contest Terms & Conditions. In case of discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.

A. Contest Organizer

The private company (IKE) under the corporate name “COINBUX I.K.E.” (hereinafter the “Organizer”), headquartered in Agioi Anargyroi, Attica, at 5 Kydonion Street, 13561, organizes the following promotional activity via a contest titled “Sally 500€ Giveaway” (hereinafter the “Contest”), under the following terms of participation (hereinafter the “Terms”). The Terms are published and will be continuously updated during the Contest at: https://meet-sally.com/el/legal/termsandconditionssally500€giveaway on the Organizer’s official website https://meet-sally.com/el/ (hereinafter the “Website”). Candidates must ensure timely information regarding any changes to the Terms by visiting the Website.

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions for participation in the Contest as well as the selection of winners within the framework of the Contest.

Participation in the Contest constitutes automatic and unconditional acceptance of all Terms and procedures of the Contest, as included in this announcement and as updated on the Website, without any further charge or other obligation of the Organizer.

B. Contest Duration

The duration of the Contest is defined from 19/09/2025 at 00:01:00 a.m. (Greece local time) until 26/12/2026 at 23:59:59 p.m. (Greece local time) (hereinafter the “Duration”).

It is expressly clarified that, after the end of the Contest on 26/12/2026 (or any new date set following a possible postponement or change of duration), participation is no longer possible. Any participation submitted after the Duration is automatically deemed non‑existent, produces no result and does not bind the Organizer.

C. Eligibility and Participation Method

Eligible to participate are selected, active users of the Organizer who have reached the age of 18 and are registered users of the SALLY application. Employees and any kind of staff working for the Organizer under any employment relationship, as well as their relatives of first and second degree and their spouses, are excluded.

A user may increase their entries in the draw by logging into the SALLY application daily. Each login gives the user one additional entry. It is clarified that only up to one (1) entry per day is counted, regardless of the number of logins performed by the user within the same day.

Each user of the application may participate in the Contest solely by registering in the application. By participating, the user unconditionally accepts all Terms and procedures of the Contest.

All valid entries are immediately recorded in a list (database) and automatically receive, without any further action, a timestamp indicating the exact date and time of participation and, based on this, a sequential number for that specific date. The Organizer bears no liability whatsoever if, for reasons beyond its control (such as, indicatively and not limited to, force majeure, technical problems, line overload, server downtime), the stored files are partially or entirely destroyed.

If, at the Organizer’s discretion, an entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is, in the Organizer’s judgment, the product of unlawful technical influence on its systems or, in general, of fraud or unfair interference by the participant or a third party, the Organizer may at any time and at any stage of the Contest exclude the entry. If an entry has already been declared a winning entry, the Organizer may declare such entry forfeited from the prize.

Exclusion of Participants

• Employees of the Company
• Relatives up to second degree of the above or their spouses
• Those who have already won the cash prize once

D. Draw – Winner Selection

From the valid entries in the Contest, using the process described above under clause C, one (1) winner will be selected each week following a draw conducted by the Organizer’s electronic systems which ensure there is no human intervention and which the Organizer cannot intervene in and/or influence.

During the Contest, the draw will take place every Friday at 18:00 (Greece local time) at the Organizer’s offices among the valid participants. If, for any reason, conducting the electronic draw at the above day and time is impossible, the Organizer reserves the right to change the day and time following a prior announcement.

E. Cash Prize

The cash prize is €500.00 in cash per draw. In order to receive the prize, the winner must provide the following supporting documents:

1. A certified photocopy of their police identity card or passport, certified by a police station, a Citizens’ Service Centre (KEP) or via gov.gr.
2. A certified (for authenticity of signature) solemn declaration (responsible declaration) from a police station, a KEP or via gov.gr, stating that they accept the prize and the terms & conditions of the promotional actions, as well as their Tax ID (A.F.M.) and the competent Tax Office (D.O.Y.).
3. A photocopy of the first page of their bank account passbook (or other official supporting document), so that the cash prize can be deposited into that bank account within ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the prize. It is clarified that currently no tax is imposed on cash prizes up to €1,000 (based on Law 2961/2010 – Article 58(1)(e) & Article 60(1)(e)); however, any tax that may be imposed in the future shall be borne by the prize winner.

The prize is predetermined and specific, personal to the winner, and transfer or exchange is excluded. The winner must act in good faith and in accordance with good morals.

F. Winner Notification – Prize Delivery

After the draw and within two (2) business days, winners will be informed via telephone communication and/or email at the phone numbers and email addresses registered in the application.

If communication with the winner is not immediately possible (within three (3) days from the first attempt to contact), then a new extraordinary draw will be conducted among the exact same persons who participated in the draw that proved unsuccessful.

The winner may be excluded at any stage if:

• For any reason, they do not fully accept these Terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential.
• It is found that the entry was submitted by a person who had not reached the age of 18 and had not obtained the necessary consent of the person exercising parental responsibility.
• Their participation does not meet any of the terms herein.
• Any declared information is false.
• For any reason, the attempt to contact the winner after three (3) days from the draw proves unsuccessful.
• Their participation is, at the Organizer’s discretion, in itself the product of unlawful technical influence on the Organizer’s systems or, in general, fraud or unfair interference by the participant or a third party.
• For any reason, they do not accept the relevant declaration of prize acceptance and do not send the documents mentioned above.

The Organizer is released from the obligation to pay the cash prize in cases where, in any manner, the participation terms of the Contest have not been complied with.

By submitting an entry, each participant grants to the Organizer, exclusively for the purposes of the Contest, without any charge to the Organizer, a non‑exclusive license to use the participant’s name, likeness/image and any other necessary information linked to the participant’s personality and identity, for use in advertising and promotional actions of the Contest during and after its completion. Indicatively, the Organizer reserves the right to publicize the image of participants and/or their names through photographic, audio and video material in print and electronic media (television, magazines, Internet, social media, etc.) and in any other medium chosen by the Organizer in Greece and abroad, in the context of promotion and advertising exploitation of the Contest and any related event (including the utilization of the cash prize), as archival material for display in events, seminars, lectures and similar activities of the Organizer, etc.

Each winner, by participating in the Contest, unconditionally consents to the above without payment of any fee or compensation. Subject to the above, a winner’s refusal to participate in a relevant advertising program or other announcement, or refusal to have their name included in publications if requested, entitles the Organizer to refuse to award the cash prize. Participation in the Contest entails the express and unconditional consent of the participant for the recording of personal data relating to them in a file kept by the Organizer, for the purposes and within the framework of conducting the Contest, in accordance with applicable national legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016).

G. Amendment of Terms – Prize

The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally change, at any time, the Terms and the cash prize, to postpone or cancel the Contest and the draws, without notice. In such case, the Organizer shall not have any obligation to compensate participants, the winner selected by the draws, and/or any third party.

H. Limitation of Organizer’s Liability

The Organizer, its employees and its executives bear no liability whatsoever, to the extent exclusion of liability is permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, positive or other damage arising from or connected with the conduct of this Contest.

The Organizer is not liable in any case for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay, performance and generally for the actual and legal status of the prize of the Contest.

I. Personal Data

By participating in the Contest, the participant grants the Organizer the unconditional permission and consent to use and process personal data relating to them for the purposes of the Contest.

Participation in the Contest entails the express and unconditional consent of the participant both for the recording of personal data relating to them in a file kept by the Organizer and for the processing of such data, in accordance with applicable national legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016), within the framework of conducting and achieving the purpose of the Contest.

With regard to the winner of the Contest, the Organizer informs that it will process the winner’s personal data collected from them for the purpose of notifying the winner and publishing the results of the Contest, the general promotion and presentation of the Contest (as specifically defined in these Terms), as well as carrying out all necessary actions for delivery of the prizes.

After the end of the Contest and delivery of the cash prizes, any data (personal or not) of the participants, the winner and any alternates will be destroyed, subject to the necessary data required for the servicing of the transactional relationship between the Organizer and the subscribers.

For any exercise of rights by the winner and/or any alternates under applicable national legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016), they may contact a representative of the Organizer or send a relevant query to info@meet-sally.com.

J. Acceptance of Terms – Jurisdiction – Applicable Law

Participation in the Contest is equivalent to full and unconditional acceptance of all of these Terms, the draw procedure, the draw result and the final winner selection procedure.

The winner may be cancelled at any stage for the following reasons:

• If, for any reason, the winner does not receive/accept the prize, does not send the necessary documents and does not sign the Prize Receipt and Acceptance Statement,
• If, for any reason, the winner does not fully accept these Terms in their entirety, all of which are considered essential.

Any dispute that may arise in relation to the Contest and the application of these Terms shall be resolved initially amicably by a committee selected by the Organizer. Furthermore, for any dispute that cannot be resolved as above in relation to the Contest, the competent courts shall be exclusively the Courts of Athens and Greek law shall apply.
